The Components segment includes filtration, acoustic exhaust, aftertreatment, fuel systems and turbochargers, mostly focused on diesel and natural gas engine applications.
The Distribution segment consists of 18 company-owned distributors and 18 joint ventures that provide Cummins products and related services to end users in more that 70 countries and territories.

We have mid-range supply agreements with PACCAR, as its exclusive engine supplier, as well as with Daimler Trucks North America (formerly Freightliner LLC), Ford and Volkswagen. We also have a supply agreement with Chrysler, primarily relating to sales of our ISB engine for use in Dodge Ram trucks. Collectively, our net sales to these six customers was less than 21 percent of consolidated net sales in 2008 and individually was less than 8 percent of consolidated net sales to any single customer. |
